Our Return Policy was last updated on 01/10/2025 and is subject to change without notice.
Due to the unique nature of used, vintage, antique, restored, and 3D printed products we do not accept returns on these items except in the cases outlined below under Returns and Refunds. If you have an issue with your order please contact us at sales@decotrove.com. In the event of shipping damage or receipt of the wrong item(s) we will work with you to get your order corrected and/or refunded at no cost to you.
Used, Vintage, Antique, or Restored Condition Products
Most of the items we sell are vintage or antique. Even when in "restored" condition, items will have a certain amount of wear on them due to their age, which may include but is not limited to damaged paint, metal plating loss, dents, cracks, chips, etc. Please study all photographs on our product pages carefully as the images reflect our best efforts to highlight the overall condition of the items we sell. We do not guarantee that items will be in new or "like new" condition. We try our best to clean our items but we can't guarantee used, vintage, or antique items will be scent-free.
New Condition - 3D Printed Products
Our 3D-printed products are crafted with precision using modern additive manufacturing techniques. However, due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor variations in surface texture, color, and finish may occur. These variations are an inherent part of the production process. While we strive for consistent quality, no two items will be exactly alike.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of any damage that you observe and send them to us at: sales@decotrove.com.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds are ONLY accepted and processed if an order was damaged during shipping. You have 2 days to begin the refund process and may choose from the two refund options listed below.
1) Partial Refund - The amount is based upon the extent of shipping damage and you keep the order.
2) Full Refund - The amount is based on the full order value and you send the order back to us.
To start a refund, login to your account here: https://account.decotrove.com or you can contact us at sales@decotrove.com within 2 days of delivery.
If you choose a Partial Refund, the amount offered for refund is within our sole discretion and will be based upon the extent of damage incurred based upon images furnished by the customer to us. The customer has the option to reject the partial refund offer and instead opt for a Full Refund with the agreement that the item will be carefully repackaged and sent back to us in the same condition.
To be eligible for a Full Refund, your order must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging and bubble wrapped to prevent further damage. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the entire order will need to be sent to the following address: 2061 Shepard Rd #211 Saint Paul, MN 55116.
If your Full Refund is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a Full Refund will not be accepted.
Refund Method
We will notify you if your refund request was approved or not within 2 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at sales@decotrove.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
